Enrolment Letter Information

Your enrollment letter is available at Student Services.

  • Enrollment letters must be requested by completing an application form at the Student Services department.  Requests may take up to 5 business days to complete.
  • Enrollment letters are only available after Day 10 of each semester.
  • Enrollment letters are only for banking purposes, study permits, and employment purposes and will not be issued for any other purpose. 
  • In order to obtain a letter of enrollment, account must be in good standing and you must be registered. 
    • All of the above will be firmly upheld and no exceptions will be made.

Letter of Intent Information

After you have completed your first semester, you can receive a letter of intent for the next semester. In order to receive this letter, you must have the intent to return for the following semester and have paid registration deposit.
